Trace & access
Hidden leak detection
We find the true source of a leak before we open anything up — so you get fewer holes, faster repairs and evidence for your insurer.
Our process
- Listen and inspect — we ask what you've noticed and check visible damage, meters and pressure.
- Isolate and test — pressure testing narrows down which pipe or circuit is leaking.
- Trace — thermal imaging and moisture mapping follow the water back to its source.
- Access — we open up only the area directly over the leak.
- Repair and test — we fix it, re-test the system and record everything with photos.
Our equipment
Thermal imaging cameras show temperature differences behind walls and floors, which reveal hot and cold water leaks. Moisture meters map how far water has spread. Pressure testing confirms whether a system is holding — and that the repair has worked.
